OUR FOUNDER

Leland K. Barnett founded Barnett Enterprizes in 1992.  He is a second generation concrete construction owner and general manager. Leland is inspired by the legacy of his father, Luther “L.K.” Barnett, who in 1966 founded B&S Placing & Finishing Service, a commercial residential concrete company. With a lifetime of experience in this industry, Leland has a almost single-handedly diversified Barnett Enterprizes from a small residential replacement driveway installer into the multi-dimensional concrete construction company it is today.
